Kosmetech Corporation leased 5,100 square feet of industrial space at 170 Wilbur Place in Bohemia. The company is relocating from its long-time home on Baltic Street in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn. Kosmetech supplies a wide range of disposable beauty products, including cosmetic latex-free sponges, powder puffs, cotton swabs, cotton pads, eye shadow applicators, lip brushes, lip gloss applicators, mascara wands, eyeliner brushes, mini brush sets, jars, bottles and more. Gary Friedman of Schacker Realty represented Kosmetech, while Ellen Cea served as in-house representative for the landlord, Rechler Equity Partners, in the Bohemia lease transaction.
