Accounting firm Wagner & Zwerman leased 11,000 square feet of office space at 201 Old Country Road in Melville.  The company is relocating from 450 Wireless Blvd. in Hauppauge.  Phil Shwom of Schacker Realty represented the tenant, while Scott Berfas, Dan Oliver and Jordan Oliver of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented landlord 201 Metro LLC in the lease negotiations.
