Simply Self Storage bought a 9,958-square-foot building on 2.03 acres at 745 Old Willets Path in Hauppauge for $1.35 million. Robert Cleva of Harlowe Realty Services represented the buyer and Lawrence Bianco and Richard Corso of Schacker Realty represented seller 1049 Management Corp. in the sales transaction.
