Since joining Schacker in 2015, Joe has completed over 50 transactions and has quickly risen to become one of the firm’s most productive agents. Joe was the 2020 recipient of the “Rising Star” award from the Commercial-Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island.

Joe was previously the recipient of the 2018 Schacker Realty Rising Star Award after completing 11 transactions totaling 184,000 sq. ft., highlighted by the complex 70,000 sq. ft. sale of 151 Alkier St. Brentwood by Steel Equities to La Ricura Foods which involved IDA and Empire State Development incentive packages.
