CoStar has announced the recipients of the Annual Power Broker Awards for 2018, recognizing the top performing firms and brokers in the Long Island region for their excellence in commercial real estate. Based on total sales and lease transactions for the previous year, brokers that closed the highest transaction volume in CRE deals came out on top. Among the winners for Top Industrial Leasing Broker this year is Philip Shwom, SIOR, CCIM and President of Schacker Real Estate Corporation.
