Michael Steinberg is a licensed real estate salesperson at Schacker Realty, specializing in industrial and office properties across Long Island. He represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.

Michael takes a consultative approach, guiding clients from the first conversation through closing. His work starts with the numbers. He studies comparable sales, asking rents, vacancy, and absorption to guide pricing. He is skilled in building financial models that help clients compare their options and make informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, Michael has served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with the Dix Hills Fire Department for nearly five years. That work taught him to stay calm and precise under pressure. He brings the same focus to every client, taking time to understand what they need before recommending a path forward.
