Sheralven Enterprises, a wholesale distributor of fragrances, creams and lotions, leased a 198,500-square-foot industrial building in the Heartland Business Center at 2 Rodeo Drive in Edgewood.  The building was formerly occupied by Royal Pet, which was acquired by Phillips Pet last year and relocated to Farmingdale.  Phil Shwom of Schacker Realty in Melville represented the tenant and Jerry Wolkoff was the in-house representative for the landlord, Heartland Development, in the lease transaction.
