SCHACKER'S LARRY BIANCO
CLOSES 4 DEALS IN EXCESS OF $6 MILLION
The
Mack Heiferman Co. sold a 32,635 sq ft distribution
and warehouse facility at 55 Ludy Street in Hicksville
to ABC Supply Company, a national distributor of building
and roofing products. Bianco represented both the
seller and buyer. 
In
Hauppauge, Controlotron Corp., makers of flow meter
devices, purchased 75 Oser Avenue, a 32,000 sq ft
industrial building, from Hatco Printing Co. Bianco
represented Controlotron Corp. The seller was represented
by Ashlind Properties.
In
Glen Cove, Mall Com, an internet fulfillment company,
purchased 55 Seacliff Ave., an 18,700 sq ft industrial
building. Bianco represented both the buyer, Mall
Com and the seller, Tweezerman, in the transaction.
Double
G Productions, an entertainment company, will move
its headquarters, dance and acting studios from Hicksville
to 2 Aerial Way in Syosset under a long term lease
with property owner, the Celwyn Co. This freestanding
14,885 sq ft building will be completely renovated.
Bianco represented the landlord and the tenant.
Additional
Schacker deals included the following: Joe Brown represented
Sunrise Credit Service in the sale of their 14,000
sq ft office building in Seaford. The purchaser was
the law firm of Furey, Kerlig, Walsh, Matera and Cinquemani
represented by Chris Stack of CB Richard Ellis.
Nick
Gianni sold 420 Westbury Avenue, in Carle Place, a
3,000 sq ft commercial building to Glen Carney Ltd.
a manufacturer. Gianni represented the buyer and seller,
Guiseppe Forte.
In
Farmingdale, Gianni sold 48 Rome Street, a 4,000 sq
ft industrial building to Nestor Shipping Service
who is relocating from Long Island City. Gianni represented
both the buyer and seller, Edward Bell.
In
Ronkonkoma, Gianni sold 921 South 2nd Street, a 12,000
sq ft building to Century 21 Foods, a distributor.
Once again, Gianni represented both the buyer and
seller, Vincent Manfardini.
